I think this is because towards the end of 2009 I came to the end of myself and my attempts to make certain things happen in my life. So this year I just want God's will to be done in my life and for Him to be the one that comes in and births new things, not me by my own workings of the flesh. I want Him to be glorified by events that could only have come about by His hand. So I guess I'd say it is a new season's resolution instead of a New Year's resolution. Thanks for sharing yours and letting me put down what was in my heart! Miss you! Been thinking about you a lot the last couple of days and wondering how you are doing and feeling so it was nice to see your post. LU!
