Jamie & Angela
Just returned from the wedding last night at about 1:00 am. What a week! The wedding was gorgeous, and although it was quite humid outside and warm in the church, the day went without a hitch. Such an honor for our family to witness Jamie marrying his bride. I didn’t get many good pictures since I was in the wedding, but I got a few before and a few at the reception.
The guys looked so handsome in their tuxes… I know they were hot, but it was worth it to be so dashing for the day. 
I was so proud of Jamie this week… he worked so hard to make it the most special day for Angela. He went without much sleep so he could complete every detail. I will always remember the way he put her first in everything he did. Such a shining example of a man who truly loves a woman.

Jamie took Angela to the Grand Hotel in St. Paul for two nights before they headed up to the North Shore for a week. At the gift opening on Sunday, Angela said that their room was absolutely beautiful and that she felt like a queen. I hope they are a having a wonderful time on their honeymoon… resting a lot, I’m sure, after such a busy wedding season!
Mark and Jodie taking a breather. These guys worked so hard… I was so proud of them. They made sure to do whatever it took to make the day run smoothly. From setting up, decorating, running errands, cleaning, hauling gifts and tearing down until midnight, they were there. I don’t think Mark knew what he was signing up for when he married into this family , but he never complains.
In all it was a gorgeous day. The Lord’s presence was truly there during the ceremony… many people said that. We wish Jamie and Angela a lifetime of happiness and joy together! Bless you both!

Miss – thanks for posting this so quickly. I thought of all you guys many times in the past week. I’m sure both Jamie and Angela thought this day would never come, but in some ways that will make it all the more special. Before we know it, they’ll probably be an “expecting baby” announcement from them as well.

It was so fun to share in all the festivities with your family. Brian and I enjoyed everyone and everything so much. (mmmm…still thinking about that Famous Dave’s) So glad to have Jamie and all of you in our lives. Can’t wait to see the happy couple again…I’m sure they are having a wonderful week up north.
Ruth, we had such a fun weekend with all the Montag’s as well. We are so pleased that Jamie married in to such an amazing and kind family. I can’t believe that I didn’t get a picture of you and Brian and your adorable boys! They looked so sweet in their tiny tuxes and I don’t even have a picture… could you send me one if you get a chance?
Hi Melissa! Unfortunately I don’t have any pictures of the wedding since we didn’t have our camera! If someone sends me some (I know a few people did) took some of the boys I will be sure to forward them on!
Melissa, What a beautiful job you have done blogging our day! How can we ever express our thanks to you for all you have done to serve and bless us! THANK YOU! Jamie and I have had time to rest and relax this past week on the North Shore, which was wonderful, and much time to reflect on the Lord’s goodness toward us on our wedding day! We love you!

Your mom (thanks Bonnie!) sent me the link to your site. This rocks!! Love the photos!! What a wonderful day, we so wish we could have come! The girls were praying for “Uncle Jamie” that day. It’s so nice to see the pics and know it went well. You guys are a great family and we’re hoping to see you all on our next visit north. If the snow gets to be too much, you are always welcome here. Sunshine and loads of hugs and kisses from the girls are a guarantee.
